  • Answer: To get started, please provide:

2. What file format should I provide for printing?

  • Answer: The best file formats for printing are:​

    • PSD (Adobe Photoshop) Ensure your file is high resolution (300 DPI) to avoid pixelation. (preferred)

    • PDF

    • TIFF

    • JPEG

3. Can I get a sample of my design before printing?

  • Answer: Yes, we can provide a digital proof of your design for approval before we proceed with printing. We will not be held liable for any wrong information, including typos after client approval has been given.

4. How long will it take to receive my printed materials?

  • Answer: The turnaround time depends on the type of printing and order quantity. For standard items like business cards or flyers, it may take take 7-10 business days. We will provide a precise timeline based on your order. We will let you know as soon as we have finished the production. For courier, a tracking number will be sent along with the courier’s contact details for tracking your package. You may follow-up with the Courier the day after we have turned the item/s over for shipping. Delivery lead time for Metro Manila is up to 3 days; while up to 5 days for outside Metro Manila excluding Sundays and Holidays.

5. Can I print on both sides of a product (e.g., business cards)?

  • Answer: Yes! We offer double-sided printing for most products, including business cards, brochures, and postcards. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll accommodate it.

6. What is the minimum order quantity for printing?

  • Answer: Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and printing method. For example, digital printing may have a minimum of 50 pieces, while offset printing is typically suited for larger runs (e.g., 200+ pieces). We will work with you to fulfill your order needs.

7. Can you print custom sizes and shapes?

  • Answer: Yes! We can print custom sizes and shapes. Whether it’s business cards, posters, or promotional materials, we offer flexibility to meet your specific design and format needs.

8. What should I do if I need help with the design for my printing project?
